This transforms historical oppression, by facilitating land return and stewardship to trusted Native and Black American caretakers, as well as starting the process of truth and reconciliation between communities.

The Environmental & Social Justice Realtors Alliance is a global network of real estate and land transfer professionals committed to restoring rightful relationships between people and the Earth. We began in the Trail of Tears territory of the United States, with a mission to return land to Native peoples and descendants of enslaved ancestors. Today, we work with professionals worldwide who share the vision of honoring sovereignty, protecting ecosystems, and building community resilience through ethical property transitions.
